Dear Ladies,
  Our first Membership meeting was a great success. I appreciate all of you who attended! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please wear pink to our meeting to show your support for Breast Cancer. I am looking forward to our very first fundraising event Designer Bag Bingo. This event is almost sold out. Thank you for your overwhelming response to this event. Your support is what makes this organization so successful. I can always be reached if you have any questions or concerns at 516-448-4606.

Membership Meeting
Tuesday, October 1st 7:00 p.m. SHARP! The Re-consecration to Our Lady of Fatima prayer service will be led by our Moderator Fr. Bret. Please be prepared with your Membership card as it will be checked at every meeting by Noreen McCabe, Sergeant at Arms and attendance will be taken by Dorothy Morgan. Thanks so much.
HALLOWEEN MASK CONTEST - We will have a contest for the most original Halloween mask. Be creative—buy or make a mask and create something unusual. A prize for the winner! Programming Chair ladies Audrey Peluso, PP 516-404-0614 and Eleanor Mallory 516-765-1995.

Welcome to our new Ladies - Rose Ann Ross and Angelina Citarella! Thank you for being a part of our wonderful organization! We encourage you to volunteer your time toward our events, committees and to bring on new members as we continue to grow this Auxiliary. We look forward to seeing you at our October membership meeting.
Please see Financial Secretary, Amy Bermudez, PP with your annual $15.00 membership dues for the 2019/2020 Auxiliary year. Membership dues may be paid at membership meetings or by mail. Please make your $15.00 check is made payable to Ladies Auxiliary. If you are paying by mail please mark the envelope ATTN: Amy Bermudez, PP Financial Secretary and mail to 2985 Kenneth Place, Oceanside, NY 11572. Please remember to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope so your card can be sent back to you. Membership dues need to be paid by December 1, 2019. If we did not receive payment of your membership dues for 2018/2019 you are in jeopardy of having your name removed from our roster and mailing list. See By-Laws Article IX-Dues. If you have any changes regarding address, phone/cell numbers or email address please submit changes to ladies.auxiliary.3481@gmail.com or please see Amy at our Membership Meetings. If you are 80 years old by September 3rd 2019 you will be considered a "Lifetime Member" and your dues will be waived. You must provide proof to Financial Secretary, Amy Bermudez, PP 516-384-9566.
