Dear Ladies,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. This year we are celebrating a 71-year milestone of charitable events. On Sunday, September 17th after the 12:30 Mass at St, Anthony's Parish we are having a membership drive at the Welcome Home Barbecue. I look forward to seeing each and every one of you there. This is a great opportunity to bring a friend or two who might be interested in joining the Auxiliary. Let’s work together in sisterhood and have fun raising money for our charities this upcoming year. Moving forward, I am excited to be your 2023-2024 President. Please make your best efforts to get involved with our different committees and fundraising events. If anyone is looking to get more involved, you can speak to myself or the Vice President Lina Fusco. Feel free to contact me anytime with your questions.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING
7:00 PM Tuesday, September 5, 2023: PROGRAM: Welcome back social with LRC please bring your singles. Celebrating our 71st year of Charities. (Also copies of the proposed budget will be available).
WAYS & MEANS
Ladies as we prepare for our 2023/2024 fundraisers, we need scratch offs from $1.00 to $5.00 tickets and bottles of wine for the raffle baskets. VP Lina Fusco will be collecting these items at our membership meetings. Thank you all for your dedication, support & generosity.
DESIGNER BAG BINGO
12:00 PM TO 4:00 PM - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2023 - All Authentic Bags! This event is open to all - invite friends & family. Bingo! Bags! Brunch! $45 per person includes brunch, coffee/tea, juice, and soda. Doors open at 11:30, first Bingo begins promptly at 12:00 pm. This event will sell out. If you are interested, please call ASAP to see if any seats are left.

MEMBERSHIP DUES
Please see Financial Secretary, Amy Bermudez, PP with your
annual $20.00 membership dues for the 2023/2024 Auxiliary year. Membership dues may be paid at membership meetings or by mail. Please
make your $20.00 check payable to Ladies Auxiliary and write your phone number on the check. If you are paying by mail, please mark the envelope ATTN: Amy Bermudez, PP, FS and mail to KofC #3481, 2985 Kenneth Place Oceanside, NY 11572. Please remember to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope so your card can be mailed back to you. Membership dues need to be paid by December 1, 2023 to be considered a member in good standing. If we did not receive your membership dues for 2022/2023, you are in jeopardy of being removed from membership and mailing list (see By-Laws Article IX-Dues). LIFETIME MEMBER
If you are 80 years old by September 6, 2023, you will be considered a "Lifetime Member" and your dues will be waived. You must provide proof of age to

FRATERNAL ASSISTANCE
If there is a Sister in need of Financial Assistance through our Fraternal Assistance Program, all proposals must be submitted in writing. For more info, contact Financial Secretary Amy Bermudez, PP at

Sunshine: Ladies, please share your joys and blessings with us.
Sick: Notify us of a member/ family in need of our prayers for their speedy and uneventful recovery.
